Our Story We started Fidus because we knew warehouses deserved better. Before we were building software and sorters, we were solving operational chaos. Our founders came from inside the warehouse — engineers, operators, and integrators frustrated by rigid OEMs, “black-box” software, and support that felt a world away. What started as Fulfilld has evolved into Fidus: a full-stack modernization partner helping warehouses upgrade without disruption. Our platform, Pontem, and our plug-and-play hardware like eSort, were created with one mission: Give operations teams back control.
