Our Story

Our Story We started Fidus because we knew warehouses deserved better. Before we were building software and sorters, we were solving operational chaos. Our founders came from inside the warehouse — engineers, operators, and integrators frustrated by rigid OEMs, “black-box” software, and support that felt a world away. What started as Fulfilld has evolved into Fidus: a full-stack modernization partner helping warehouses upgrade without disruption. Our platform, Pontem, and our plug-and-play hardware like eSort, were created with one mission: Give operations teams back control. We don’t believe in ripping and replacing just to sell you something new. We believe in working with what you have — and making it better.
